Almost everyone on the fields die. The dragons lie dead in a heap. The dead sent a contingent to Cersi's location, and again, they all die -- to a man, including the Mountain.
The Night King approaches the catacombs with his few remaining walkers. They methodically slaughter the weak, the women, the children, the elderly, and the infirm, as they make their way through. The few pieces of dragon glass within the hideout are used to somehow slay all but the knight king himself. As he corners the last survivors, Samwell Tarly slips and stumbles out of the crevice where he was hiding, knocking the knight king against the piece of dragon glass which killed his last lieutenant.
The remaining survivors believe Samwell set up an ambush, and call him victorious. They celebrate as he is installed upon the iron throne, king cock to help repopulate the emaciated Seven Kingdoms.
