No soap? Wouldn't you still be able to smell it and see it even after it's dry. I know cause cum is one the hardest things to clean off.

I've never had that happen, maybe if you let it dry and crust, but if you clean right away they are fine
Warm water breaks it down, could use swabs if theres anything left. Soap is a bad idea

soap can break down chemicals in paints and plastics. You could buy a very mild surfactant, but I wouldn't suggest

I sometimes buy used ones and put them in a bucket with warm water and washing power to clean them from dust and any other traces they may have, never had a problem with the paint.

It not a matter of safety standards. These are not produced as "toys" but as collectibles. The paints and plastics are porous and not designed for deep surfactant cleaning. You can look online for hundreds of cases where they have been damaged by cleaning products.
