I just started to get Seborrhoeic dermatitis and it fucking sucks. Anyone else deal with this bullshit?
I read that Ketoconazole shampoos and creams are good to use. Any of you know about this?

You need a warm creamy log of shit.
Wash face with dandruff shampoo. Scrub nightly with wash cloth, but not too hard. Might get redder a first, then it'll be manageable.
I tried with Head & Shoulders shampoo but it didn't really work.
Can confirm, just don't let it sit any longer than 15 seconds. Just a quick scrub and rinse or else dry skin.
Do the rest. Nothing is gonna act like perfect medicine for it, but in conjunction with other treatments it wont stand out so bad.
Maximum strength head and shoulders or psoriasis zinc.
Got it, thanks
this is a bit of a stretch.. but, where do you live? Did you move recently, change something?
Is there mold somewhere in your home/work? Was the winter particularly wet where you are?
