So I found out I have HPV (genital warts). You never fucking know who gave it to you because it can take up to 10 years to show itself.
They're really small but there's like 10 of them hidden in my pubic hair (not on my dick, thank god).
The doc has prescribed me this savage as fuck cream that will burn my skin of for like 4 weeks.
I wonder, should I give my body the chance to fight it off naturally before transforming my crotch into a warzone with the cream? Apparently most HPV disappears within one year on it's own.
The one risk I have when I do nothing is it spreads and gets worse instead. Fuck, what a shit STD this is. You literally can't protect yourself against it (unless you plan on never having sex), literally 80% of the sexually active people get/have it but obviously it's still taboo.

You have the virus now. For life. It may go dormant enough to be undetectable, but its never really gone. Its also mostly harmless, and like 80 percent of humanity has it. But there are a ton of slightly different strains, and some are dangerous, some are just unsightly.
When people say they got cured or had them removed, its just a cosmetic treatment to remove some of the tissue, the wart specifically, but the virus that causes them is still there. It can also be suppressed by the immune response, but its still there.
Most people are asymptomatic and so dont even know they have it anyway so just make sure you keep regular check ups for cancer if its one of those strains and calm your fucking tits.

You can get rid of them with Apple cider vinegar. Soak a cotton ball in the vinegar, tape it over the wart, leave it on until the cotton dries out, then replace.
Usually takes care of the wart in a few days. They'll turn white, then black, then fall off. Been there, done that, free and clear for two years now.

Have your fun while you can, but be careful. Genital warts doesn't mean your life is over.

So the timeline is like this: I had sex with the girl in December 2015, went to the clinic the same month to get tested for everything (HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HPV). Everything came back negative, but for men it is apparently hard to diagnose unless symptoms show as I had no warts at that time. Then in May 2016, I noticed a few warts that were very unusual. Pretty much, I noticed some round, raised, fleshy bumps in my inner thighs. Nothing on my penis or balls, thankfully. I went to the sex clinic and asked them to examine them for me. They said that they look very much like genital warts. They asked me if I wanted to get liquid nitrogen sprayed on the wart or if I wanted a cream. I took the nitrogen for some reason. It burned SO bad, I kinda shrieked when the doctor applied it onto my warts. Not only was it painful, but it left a really dark red scar. I would suggest the cream over the liquid nitrogen.
After getting the warts sprayed, I was told to come back if I notice any more warts. I noticed a few more warts after a month. I went back and I met with a different doctor. She basically explained to me that I could get the Gardasil vaccine even after post-exposure to the HPV virus. She said that the vaccine will make all of those warts surface once and for all, and your immune system will do the rest. Younger people have a higher chance of fighting off the virus after a few years.

Sorry forgot to mention a thing, I pretty much just left my immune system to fight off the virus, instead of trying to remove the warts with cream or liquid nitrogen. Depending on how healthy you are, you body will slowly expel the virus from your system. It is now April 2019 and I haven't noticed any warts since 2017. I can't guarantee that I've beat HPV, as it could still be in my system...but I haven't noticed symptoms for over a year now.

Yeah, the feeling of nitrogen on a sensitive area can vary from person to person. But I would advise you to get Gardasil. Where I'm from (Toronto, Canada) I managed to get the vaccine for free. I think it costs like $300 CAD for 3 dosages without health insurance.

Why not live a strong and healthy lifestyle anyways? Go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do at least 1.5 hours of cardio a week. And with the cream, it's totally your choice. The cream will help to make the warts disappear for the time being. But it's a temporary fix.
