No. The thing I'm comparing is the act of naming an entity in a way that is misleading. The fact that the entities are different does not invalidate the comparison. Both are named in misleading ways. Modern day America is more socialist than Nazi Germany.

I was being factually correct in pointing out that there was no socialism in Nazi Germany, and that there is no democracy in North Korea, and that these are both entities incorrectly named to be misleading. The was no 'national socialism' before the Nazis, they are the ones for which the modern idea of that concept is named, meaning at the time they were just named inappropriately to garner support from groups that would not follow a party named for it's actual policy direction.
