you can either go to the doctor, or go to the store and get a treatment for it. in the future, you should use benzoyl peroxide in the shower periodically on the region, because you're susceptible to infection. benzoyl peroxide kills a lot of bacteria and fungi.

what you can do now is shower every day and apply an antifungal according to the directions. be sure to use a new towel every time you wash until it clears up, because you're just going to spread the fungus all over your skin if you don't.
