Here's the important part. You MUST wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for a half hour! This part is more important than the the ingredients. It allows the sub to stabilize, and improves the sub exponentially.

We have a similar taste in sandwiches. Personally, I go with 12 grain bread with carved chicken breast, marble cheese and some classic lettuce with some mayo. Bread is delicious and MAKES the sandwich.
