I do one of those, with an indome and like 3 eggs in the broth too. Pork or shrimp or whatever meat I got lying around too. Fried onions on top after for crunch I found at the dollar store for a buck a container.

I think Nissin ramen actually has cups/bowls of ramen that have a small sauce packet that has lime in it. It's spicy too. I think the brand is literally called Hot & Spicy

yeah I like NIssin ramen a lot. Nong Shim makes great noodle too. Cost a little more but It probably worth it. The kimchi flavor is boss.

Is personally not a fan of the black. That extra flavor packet is like bone broth or something of the like. I lived with Koreans and that’s what they told me at least lol. It makes the ramen a little creamier, which I wasn’t a fan of. Still tasty, but the original I prefer.
