Language choice is a big piece of the puzzle.
For instance, you're offering a PHP script. Why? Because that's probably what you just learned to code.
But how many people on this site have PHP installed to run it?
If you really wanted your script to be useful to other people,
you would have chosen a language that other people will be likely to run. Like Java.
But you're immature, you've never written anything real, so you've never spent any time thinking about the user end of the equation.
