Do it for 30 days and drink as much black coffee and water as you want. You'll shit your brains out. Weigh yourself all the time too so you know what a scale is for and not for. After that you'll either know what to do or you won't.
Treadmill?
Eat more lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes, and other various vegetables food products. Raw is the better option. Drink water and get plenty of exercise. I've been pretty overweight most of my life as well, but I've been slimming down a lot more since changing my diet. I was consuming nothing but junk and microwaved processed food in my 20's but was forced to change after a gallbladder surgery last year, and the fact that I'm pushing 30.

Yeah the ones where you can input your weight and age are pretty accurate with calorie count so go do the treadmill until it says "100 calories" and then go measure 100 calories of peanut butter with a food scale, you will learn what a calorie is and why you avoid candy dishes.
Just fast if you arent diabetic 1 type. Look it up.

Eat better, eat less, and you'll lose weight. It doesn't matter if you sit on the couch or you're out running marathons. If you're active, it will accelerate your weight loss slightly given the same amount of calories. But calories in is the key factor. Small meals throughout the day will keep your metabolism up to burn faster.
Go to the gym and stop munching on everything on planet earth. It's tough for the first months, but then it becomes a habit. Find a training buddy if it is at all possible - twice the motivation, twice the commitment. It's easier to not cheat when someone is breathing down your neck.

I would have to disagree with that. I've eaten more plain potatoes in the last few months than I have in my entire life mostly, and it's made some positive results.

I agree with this guys vid, if you have fat...you dont really need food. Figure out how to use that energy in conjunction with maintaining some basic nutritional needs like salt for example. you dont wanna just be drinking pure water for prolonged fasts it will flush out your salts etc. guy probs has faster simpler video explanations somewhere on his channel
Just join a crossfit gym and go 3-4 times a week. Be prepared to be shit at first. Power through.
Don't eat over 2.5k calories of a day. No processed foods. Season chicken, brown rice, broccoli is a good mainstay meal. Have one cheat day a week to eat whatever you want. I also mostly gave up drinking, I've been drunk twice this year.
I've got shredded since the beginning of the year doing this. I can only tell you what worked for me.
Limit yourself to a 1,500 calorie (or less) a day.
Should see massive losses in 2-3 weeks
Honestly, suffering. When you lose weight you don't actually 'burn' that much of the fat. They just kind of shrink. So you can't ever get to a point where you're thin and then just stay that way by eating like everyone else. You are susceptible to all sorts of nonsense. That doens't mean you can't lose weight but you need to sit down and cut out the bullshit. Can you go a whole month of healthy eating? Not healthy except for a snack here and there, not healthy except on your cheat day, legitimately give up your worst foods.
