How do you even work? I'm too anxious to even hold a job

It's about balance of your work and home life. I work around 50 hours a week. But I make the most of my down time doing what I enjoy. It keeps you going and its good to be able to treat yourself without worrying about the cost. That said you can work 20 to 25 hours if prepared to make major cut backs in lifestyle.

the aim is to be free from jobs... i still havent figured it out, if you work for yourself in some ways it's even worse... chasing people for money and giving most of your time to what you are working on

I developed a radioisotope thermoelectric generator that was cheaper to produce and sold the design and retired at 28. Then I made investments to tech companies and gaming studios and sold my shares when I was told the market would veer towards a microtransaction gaming market and made bank. Now I sell custom controllers to the Asian pro gaming market. I bought that company and someone else runs it. I don't work at all.

2 words. Night Auditor. Get payed to stay up all night watching tv/phone/laptop. Pays not great, but shits cash son. Hotels all over the world need them, and they usually don't require any previous experience because no one else wants to do it. Here was my routine.

>Play vidya until 10:30
>Shower, shit,shave, arrive at 11:00pm
>Ask about any dumb shit customers, get left to my own devices
>Print welcome packets, make keys, run automated audit

>Grab a complimentary pitcher of soda with remnants of bar fruit (cherries, oranges, lemons, limes, etc), Turn on TV (provided), open up lap top, if real slow call girlfriend and/or buddies
>If bored, wander around property, swipe food that won't be missed (cereal, bread and coldcuts, food about to be thrown out next day sometimes even good stuff like burgers and steaks. From kitchen staff perspective i was just saving them work), tool around in golf cart

More & more jobs let you work from home. I worked in an office for over 15 years. 8:15 -6:00 or later.

Now I go to the office 3 hours a week. I’m on my own and typically work 9:00-2:30. As long as I get my work done it’s all good

Hour commute sucks, but the job will just barely pay the bills. There is also upward mobility, night auditors can become hotel managers without much trouble, since you demonstrate self motivation and critical thinking.

i work part time as a car wash membership specialist earning 13 an hour on the weekends and do community college during the week, paychecks are usually 400-500 but for working only 25-38 hours per check isn't bad

I work part time. Fuck that user, full time isn't worth it. I'm making enough to cover rent and bills and still saving. Working 23 hours a week, gf also has a part time job. I'll never get a mortgage doing this, but I don't give a fuck. Life's too short to be slaving constantly.

Why wouldn't you want to work? You basically get paid to exercise (depending on what you do)

I have social anxiety I can't. My Mother did everything for me when I was younger so I never learned how to do anything. Even now she still makes me stay home and goes to the store for me because she's kinda insane with her over-protectiveness.
