Because Netflix basically killed regular cable television and there's like no good shows on anymore. And when Disney saw how much money Netflix made, Disney ruined Netflix from making many of its good shows. And now with all those digital platforms splitting, ironically it's basically doing a new cycle going back to the beginning of how regular cable television was creating "channels" out of each digital platform. Basically corporate greed is killing good shows, and GoT is still a survivor from the time when shows were good.
