430ish, trying to get near 500 by the end of the year

That's not terrible for your height. 20-25lbs is absolutely doable.

Drink more water, eat a little less, and try to do a little more activity.

Nice. How long did it take you to gain that ~20lb of muscle?

75-80 in non-retard units
Somewhat average height

i lost 30 lbs a while ago but been stuck between 192 and 195 for a year.

Are you twelve or what

6'1" 210

111 pounds/50kg
5'0"/152.4 cm

You and I are the same height. I went from 215 down to 170 in approximately 13 months by cleaning my diet and working out regularly.

Just go run on the treadmill for 20 minutes a day. You'll see the weight melt.

Based

>all these triple-digit lardasses ITT

5'10 195

I drink too much and barely eat. At least I have muscle for part of it. BMI is bullshit for the most part.

165cm 56kg
A normal 20.5 BMI
Used to only weight 45kg

i need a shortcut. got till early september to lose 20

Well, if you're measuring in freedom units, then we're all going to be in triple-digits you incel.

If we're talking pounds, not kilos, a triple-digit weight is normal and healthy. Between 120-180 depending on sex, height, body type, etc. is what doctors recommend.

There's no shortcut. You need to discipline yourself. Count your calories and make small goals. You have to want to put in the work.

I'm down to 200 on the dot as of this morning, having started at 248.6 a couple of months ago! Yay! Just twenty more to go to my current target!

6ft 135 pounds. Someone help me gain weight

Bro that's fucking awesome. As an ex-fatty, I know how hard it is.

KEEP GOING.

been doing that for like a month then notice no weight loss then stop. then try again, same result, then stop. Stuck in a cycle.

6'1 (186cm)
190-195lbs (86-88.5kg) usually.
Is this good or bad? I used to be a swimmer, but stopped and kept my diet so I gained some weight. idk if I should tryhard at being /fit

You need to up your intensity. Weight lifting will get you to a fat burning zone similar to running or cardio?

Ever do some free weight heavy squats at least equal to or over your bodyweight? You fucking sweat and your heart doesn't stop beating.

Quit making excuses and push.

210

i hit the gym for 3 months straight last year, drastic strength increase- doubled my bench, then stopped cause I looked the same. Thanks for the tips tho.

50kg at 170cm lol

That's good. Chris Redfield from resident evil was 6 feet 190 If you look anything like him in re5 you're good.

Skinny fuck

5'10 173. high range of normal but it's fat not muscle so i probably need to lose 20 more and start to build muscle from there

Thank you! I'm gonna!

And for some encouragement for those looking for such results, it's actually easier than I thought it would be. I starting have a single 1000cal meal per day, sometimes even fasting on weekends, while taking plenty of vitamins (c, b, and multi) to compensate for lack of nutrition. It was grueling at first, but once both you and your body get used to the diet, it becomes a breeze to keep it up. I'll have a cheat day every now and then, maybe some pizza or mcdonalds to replace my one meal, but other than that to keep up motivation, it's gotten pretty easy. On a fast day today, in fact.

Weight loss is surprisingly simple. Eat fewer calories than you burn. An average day will burn you around 2000-2500cal, so eat less than that and your body will burn some fat. AA pound of fat is around 3600-3700cal, so losing a pound in four days buy cutting 1000cal out of your daily intake is simple.

Also, you don't have to exercise. A common misunderstanding/mistake is conflating exercise with weight loss. All exercise does is increase the calories you burn. You don't have to increase the exercise you do, you just have to eat less. Jogging 2 miles burns about 280cal. You know what else is 280cal? A candy bar. You could jog 2 miles, or you could just not have that candy bar.

I tried that but my metabolism is so fast it just disappears instantly

Also, Crystal Lite lemonade is a godsend. It's 5cal per glass, but tastes just as good as regular. I have a sweet tooth, and this lemonade keeps me happy!

189, and I need to gain weight.

About 160ibs (70kg).

I eat like a horse because I'm afraid of losing strength/performance at the gym, which is pretty stupid since there have been people making progress eating way less calories than me. I try to stay below my TDEE but fuck up sometimes.

Currently around 162lbs

Lol fat fuck go skip a meal

128 pounds

218 lbs

165lbs

Lmao

If you're fat and all you do is cardio - Be prepared for loose skin and no muscle. Need to lift weights otherwise your body will start eating away your muscle instead of fat.

5'10
235 lbs.

160, 6' 2"

No. I only weigh like every 6 months and it's always the same

210 lbs

176lbs

6'2 340lbs

6'2 170 I'm 23 next month... used to be 200 but stopped benching and running everyday now I'm skinny , My biggest advice is , do not stop working out once you make gains , it's easy to lose it all fast.

392 lbs, 5'9

between 245 and 290 depending on how much i've been eating

320, 6'8". The ground trembles with my footsteps.

A little too much. 180 cm and 81 kgs. I'm down 7 kgs, but I really need to lose some more.

I realise that I am naturally a stocky guy, so I don't aim to go to 70 or something, but 75 or 80 would be nice.
