honestly it's not even about helping others, although if you strive for something great then you'll help the people around you indirectly. Hard-working, driven, generous people who live intentionally and make their own choices are incredibly attractive to friends and potential sexual partners. I know that there's temptation to get wasted and whore it up for the rest of your life now, but that kind of nihilistic lifestyle gets old fast. You seem young and smart, if I were in your shoes I'd do something like go to school for something I find interesting, apply for jobs that seem interesting, and take this as an opportunity to live a more virtuous life. Find a nice girl, have a beautiful family, make them proud of you.

Learn the ins and outs of the stock market.
Go volunteer your time, maybe help at a clothes closet or a food pantry.
Take up a hobby, like 40K, birdwatching, etc.
Exercise and eat a healthy diet.
Get a nice house, nothing too fancy.
Remember: Live below your means.
