1. You do NOT want "drink" or "cocktail". That's sugar and water.
2. Watch out for the "100% Vitamin C" trick, trying to make you think it's 100% juice when it's really just saying vitamin C. More sugar water.
3. Watch out for a big word of the juice you want, like CRANBERRY, followed by "100% Juice". See, it may actually be 100% juice, but NOT 100% -cranberry- juice. Check the back label, and you'll most often find a combination of juices, like apple, grape, cranberry, etc, and your cranberry will be 3rd in volume.
