Look for an apartment maintenance job, usually you dont need any experience to start as a "make ready" guy. you go in after people move out, fix broken shit and paint. every apartment is the same so its cake once you do a few. then after awhile, you can move to doing work orders, which fixing shit in peoples apartments while they live there. 12-17$ an hr depending on where you live, plus most complexes give money off rent if you live there.

I make pretty good money as an electrician, you're not gonna make six figures but I dont want a lot in life. They gave me a company vehicle, pay for my insurance which is top notch and for the most part the higher ups never leave the office so we're all our own bosses.

This one requires a little bit of investment but is really easy. Like 3-5k dollar. Basically you look for a well selling product. Tell some chinese factory to print your logo on that shit and ship it to you. Sell on Amazon and Ebay as yor own brand. There is obviously more to that but those are the basics. Once you establish your brand you can hire some cheap ass workers to repeat the process for you and you can chill your balls off.
