I’m pretty convinced I’ll never find a life partner. I have an irrational fear of women. I’m convinced I’m less attractive to women than Jeffrey Dalmer and Charles Manson, regardless of my looks, because it affects their perception of my personality. I think the trick is not to be reliant on the reactions of women in terms of self-confidence. It's difficult, considering how much of a boost you can receive to your self-esteem when a woman accepts you sexually or otherwise, but just by the numbers it's probably a bad investment.
More often than not you'll probably get rejected, or you'll meet someone who you're incompatible with. So if you build your self-esteem on that foundation it'll be subject to the turbulent nature of such relationships.
It's probably just better to focus on your life outside of women, and just have fun dating women. You'll be less invested, probably less anxious and your confidence won't be rocked by whatever shit happens while you're dating.
