The best laid plans always have a "screw up" somewhere. An inadvertant comment. A picture on a cell phone. A call from the guy seeking a replay. Telling a friend about how exciting it was... he tells GF... GF squeals. Any of a thousand things. And you will always have to worry that something will slip even if it is only a one-time event.

I think this is the right strategy. Right, this is probably the farthest thing from her mind. And he probably has no way to get in touch with her.
Yes, I think this is kind of what's holding me back. You can plan everything out but if that's all it took then no one would ever get caught. Obviously no one goes into it htinking they're going to get caught.
I do think once it happens, the more time passes the safer I am, maybe not legally, but like, (if he had a way to contact her) let's say she wakes up feeling woozy. He says "Hey remember how you were woozy yesteray, that's because we raped you". I'm dead. 6 months later that 1 random day she drank a bit and felt off may not even register with her.
