Ok, ok, ok. So apparently I have come across certain threads in this site (Yea Forums in general, not just Yea Forums) that piss me off to unregistrable levels. But most of them made me realize that Reddit is basically half of Yea Forums's culture and I still don't have clear if shit like greentexts, Pepe, or even lesser know shit like the porn threads here on Yea Forums are all normalfag stuff. But the threads about old Yea Forums have stuff that everyone outside of the loop of this site recognizes.
So, this means that basically everyone in Yea Forums is a fucking normie, and in the rest of the threads they're either filled with people with shit as brains, redditfags, or just normal people or robots, which are the nicest on the site.

Well, I kinda have been stressed out the last few weeks. Also like I said in the OP, most of my threads go unnoticed although they really aren't that special. I also get kinda confused with the community because I'm kind of a normalfag and it can be pretty frustrating when you don't know how to use this website.

lurking is a good thing to do. I lurked for a good 3 years before jumping into the conversation, plus I didn't want to get trolled. Yea Forums bavk in the day was a lot more badass. raids happened, hacking happened, things actually happened so I wasn't going to get the "your underaged" shit from them.
but yea, I just observed the meta, followed and eventually I just realized one day that I can and do fit in here. you will come into your own
you might see "bump" or "sage"
bump in theory means that the thread gets moved closer to the page 1 or top of catalog
sage means get rid of. this thread sucks, we want it out.
other things to know, is just what you can see. you have options like colour background, options for thread watching, etc etc
just lurk if you have to, post if you want to, and just remember that nothing here is serious.

I remember only a quarter of the amount of boards. you had nothing fancy like pictures that auto zoomed when clicked on, there were no advanced options, no colour choices and also there were no captcha either, so I guess my learning curve was a lot less than what yours is

This. The catalogue is your friend. Anyone who knows anything about Yea Forums especially, knows to use the catalogue to find good threads. It’s a lot easier to sift through the garbage than to just hit refresh and hope for the best.
