The part you're most likely to fail with that kind of history is the psych exam and/or polygraph if you even make it that far. You might get DQ'd by your background investigation first.

The big red flag here is that you were extremely drunk and don't remember the incident. That's not a good sign for judge of character. Also, sober 3 years isn't very long. It's likely they will look at you as a liability.
