not really, though I've always lived cautiosly as I grew up in a city. I imagine the same applies to people who grew up in places like New York or San Francisco, specially pre-2000
All in all, I'm still alive thanks to having been properly educated. Can't say the same for the rest of the country, specially the 50% or so that live in poverty
