Lunges reduce definition of the bottom fold
These will work (except lunges) if you focus on squeezing the glutes the entire time.
And I don’t mean into the middle, I mean flexing the glute itself by tightening it from leg to back.
To test, you can properly activate glutes one at a time, but if you’re squeezing to the middle, you can only do both.
T. 1200lb total (deadlift+squat+bench)
And by work I mean if you’re already skinny, it’ll help shape the glute.
