I fucking wish this was a bait thread, but I’ve grown so demotivated about everything I piss myself off trying to think of things to possibly enjoy. I’m only 21 and all I do is study/work, drink and get high. Previous interests are dying, but the actual problem is my seeming inability to think of anything I genuinely want to spend my time on.

Play an instrument. I can hardly play guitar but it's a good waste of 20-120 minutes depending on how involved I want the setup to be on that day.
Video games. Get a PC and scout the cheap indie games. Nine times out of ten they're utter shit, but you can laugh at them. Then get OBS and upload some captures. Not for subscribers but for fun.
Get into target shooting. Can be competitive or for fun, BB guns, airsoft, military surplus, bow/crossbow. Some of the most fun I've had was with a little blowgun shooting it at a Bieber poster a gf bought accidentally.
