If time is infinite and consciousness is just a result of the neurons in our brain causing us to be aware, then without any uncertainty, we will become conscious once again at some point in the future after our death. If you were born before, then there is a very small but non-zero chance you will be born again. And in infinity all possible outcomes are certain. Therefor you will be born again in some form.

Yes you are just a couple of neuron bundles, but important part of your neuron "setup" (the likelihood of neuron firing) is determined by memories and previous experience. There is no reason to believe that something would ever have the exact same brain setup as you.

Given that you have been created before then that means there is a very small non-zero chance that you will be created again. It should never happen because the chance is so small. BUT if time is infinite, then any and all possibilities will exist at some point

Well that is the thing, no one is running anywhere. I'll be long dead before that happens. But if everything collapses to the center the same thing that happened with the big bang will happen again and a new universe will be created. If time is infinite then an infinite number of these will be created and destroyed and eventually one will have the exact set of neurons that you have now with the same memories in some form.

I believe the current theory is that the universe is currently expanding in all directions and is slowing down. I believe that all energy will collapse back down to the center due to gravity. At that point another big bang will happen. I think that this has been happening for infinity and will continue to do so.

I believe this won't happen because the influence of gravity is infinite in every direction, however small. So eventually any particles that go far out will come back after they slow down over billions of billions of years.
