I do, but not very often.
Sometimes I'm still awake wasting time shitposting here on Yea Forums or whatever, until
04:00 local time, when I intend to get up and do something relatively urgent soon after 06:00.

So I just stay fully dressed and eventually let myself fall asleep for a couple of hours.
My "biological clock" is pretty good, so I invariably wake up at my "normal time",
regardless of how little time I've slept for.

Under those circumstances, I'd wake up, have a cup of tea, do the important stuff while still wearing the clothes I slept in and only get changed, have a wash and get some proper breakfast afterwards.

I don't really like rigid routines - I'd rather just play things by ear.

Fresh out of a shower i sleep naked. Next day underwear. I can't sleep with more than underwear on.

I sleep in jeans every weeknight. I wear whatever I'm wearing to work the next day to bed. It's not that bad - I shower in the evening, so I'm going to bed clean. I need to be ready to go as soon as I wake up.
