Can't speak for OP, obviously, but I have anxiety and depression as well as fairly moderate chronic pain. You know that feeling when you go to work that's basically like "Okay, it's just 8 hours. I just have to go 8 hours without quitting. 8 fucking hours."? That's the feeling I have when I wake up, but it's a lot more emotional pain than irritation.
