Why would any job do a blood test? Urine tests reveal significantly more, and are a fraction of the cost and time of bloodwork. For the most part a blood test is only going to tell them if you showed up to the interview stoned, and if they're concerned about that, then they're more likely to do a mouth-swab.

Dude if it's not a cheap test from the store then any drug tests costs money. Sending anything in to the lab costs hundreds. But some states and businesses take weed very seriously. And if the business has the money then why not?

pick up synthetic urine from a smoke shop for ~$30. If someone close to you can piss clean alls you need is a hand warmer so the urine stays warm. you can hide a container in your sock since you won't be patted down beforehand or monitored while you're inside the bathroom.

There have been documented cases of THC being found after 72 days maximum. It really depends on how much you smoke.

It depends on the job. Some jobs say they do a drug test but they only care about harder drugs like meth. Other jobs have a strict no drugs policy when they screen. I'd guess retail would lean more towards harder drugs but it just depends. If you smoke a gram a day you probably won't test clear for a month or so.
