i've been actually thinking about starting a strip club in the city i live in. there aren't any fully nude clubs but legally there can be. i just don't know fucking anything about owning a club, or how i would find dancers.

Usually check ID's but we have a door girl for that. We make sure there is no contact between customers and dancers. If a fight we intervene.

all the places near me just have the girls go down to pasties. the law says you can't sell alcohol and have visible nipples, groin, etc. i figured i could have a "the bar is next door but we're byob" style of thing. again, i've not looked super hard into it, but i've got two buddies that are lawyers and they basically told me "it doesn't look like there's any reason that wouldn't work legally".

it's totally up to state law. ours is really arbitrary but incredibly specific, like, you could probably have a liquor vending machine outside, so long as it's not inside the building.

the only laws on nudity are strictly in reference to alcohol sales. you could probably get away with actual sex shows so long as nobody can buy a beer on the premises. the laws haven't changed in like 80 years.
