Since we ran out of IP addresses in January, 2011. when the last two /8 blocks were allocated, large organizations use private addresses internally, and use address translation to utilize a few, or only one, external, non-private address. So Captcha sees thousands of post requests for a few, or one, address, and thinks it's a bot.

If a different browser helped, try clearing out your cache, or use an Incognito Window (Chrome, control-shift-n) or a Private Window (Firefox, control-shift-P). Those clear when you close them, and won't clear your cookies for the non-private stuff.

I have the best luck browsing with Tor, but posting is a lost cause. So I cut & paste the URL from TOR into a private Firefox window, post, then return to Tor.
