you dont cure, you put it in remission. you will always be at risk. a healthy lifestyle is key. it sounds bullshit but this is it.
sports, diet, sun, rest, not excesses (as in dopamine spikes)
for acute symptomatic treatment, many options are available, depending on symptoms
