People like shitting on Glocks but they are stupid reliable, and stupid accurate, and stupid easy to use. Everything you want in a duty firearm.

No they aren't the most ergonomic, or feel the best in the hand ,etc. A nice hogue grip fixes some of that. But they'll work through almost anything you throw at it. Not picky about ammo, not picky about weather conditions, you can literally beat the shit out of it and it keeps working properly.

Also hella easy to clean and maintain. Here's another fun part: If you use your gun in a defensive situation and the police confiscate it as evidence, you didn't lose some $1k+ pistol. You just lost a Glock, easy to replace.

The stopping power debate was settled a long time ago. Modern ammo in 9, 40, and 45, all perform the same in real world scenarios. Hits to stop a threat are all identical from the data the FBI has. More rounds is always. Always. Always. Always better.

Not that user but working law enforcement for years, I've found that a combination of both a light on your gun and a light in your hand (and knowing how to use both at the same time) is best.

Yeah it's mine. Mine is the only one I've painted. You use a laundry bag or fishing net to get that texture. The colors are Rustolium anodized bronze and Rustolium camo sand. I sprayed alternating stripes up and down the rifle and when that dried I put the net on top of it and sprayed the other color over the top.

Alcohol and firearms are the perfect combo. Mix in some whores and it becomes a party.

Own a 12 gauge shotgun, a 9mm pistol, ar-15 & a .22 long rifle. so i'm pretty much covered for small game like squirrel, etc & larger game like elk & deer. I'm not into moose hunting, etc. So I don't really have a need for any higher caliber firearms. people just waste money when they spend a fortune on an extensive inventory of firearms when just 4 or 5 versatile weapons cover most basic needs.

just regularly clean & maintain your firearms, don't be a retard & drop / throw / abuse them, take them to a gunsmith when needed & they'll likely last your entire life time.
