Why the fuck is a can of coffee over $20 in the first place? Fix your shit
GO LONG ON MEAT SHORT ALL VEGGIES
It's a fucking massacre. I hear 1 stalk of celery is now $5.99 and a head of cauliflower is $8.99 Here is a loaf of bread >peasant bread >$6.59+tax This bread is well over $8 now
Plus tip.
just lay your own eggs
What happened in that picture is someone ordered say 500 grams of ham for $15, then the deli person earned their deli slicing fee and plopped it on the scale. It came in just over 500 grams, so the person said he doesn't want the 2 slices. So the 2 slices sat on the counter for days. Then one entrepreneurial deli manager decided that he would sell it instead of throwing it out. He put it into the cellophane wrapper to slow down the rotting process, which uses oxygen. That meat is literally rotten.
78 CENTS!!!!!!!
>We have twice the minimum wage as you slave mutts >get paid in worthless leaf dollaridoos I have a Monopoly game full of money that makes me rich
You know the drill. I buy my produce from local farmers and pay cash and avoid grocery stores altogether. Besides I don’t live in Calgary neither do you. I also BDS. Post the Israel prices skippy.
Didn't you know that Canada is heating up TWICE as fast as the rest of the world goy?! We NEED to implement heavy taxes or we'll collapse in just a few short years goy! cbc.ca/news/technology/canada-warming-at-twice-the-global-rate-leaked-report-finds-1.5079765
We're lucky we still have bacon 2023 there will be no more pigs products
Why don't you just buy food from the US? There's no controlled border (yet).
Those aren't the in-store prices. But I'm sure someone in Calgary can demand to pay only $1.49 per 225g instead of $2 for 150g and the store and police will accept it.
50 dollars in Canada pic related

Well, higher prices on goods mean for less fertility. You fucking idiot! If people can't a

Welfare states are going broke politicians need more taxes fast because income taxes can't go higher without causing tax evasion. So you have indirect taxes like fuel in France and brasil or this shit in Canada. This is good for bitcoin
bad things happen because they are here instead of doing their duty
What the actual fuck, Sobeys?
Wrong...Not with Costco prices. Take currency conversion into account. Costco NY strip and rib eye are usually $7-9/lb for Choice. I dont know what fucking corner of the US you're in that charges $17-20/lb; even Prime is like $10-15 average. Even in Puerto Rico Costco still priced their beef within those ranges. Of course you dont buy just 1 steak at Costco, they only sell like 5lb+ a package, which is usually 3-4 steaks 1 inches minimum. Only your local market sell steaks by the piece, but expect $7-10/lb for Select.
USA needs to annex Canada

lol all that has to happen if this is a simple cash grab by grocers is one grocer keeps his prices the same and that would cause customers to flock to that business. the other grocers would then have to drop prices or go bust.
>Good. It's about time. Pollution shouldn't be free. Put a dollar in your Fart Jar everytime you feel the urge to have a little release then. $5 when you do. We must ALL be held to the save account as cows if we are going TO SAVE THIS PLANET!!!!! I'm mean, are you willing to let children ACTUALLY DIE, AND SHIT?!? Like the God Empress Occasio-Cortez says 'n shit?!? Are you out of your mind, man?!? We're not! Nope! Totally cool.....
Who is this person hiding behind a "tree hugger" meme flag that is always posting ALL the fucking "in-store canada price" threads...
Are you a fucking 49% Leaf? Have you gone grocery shopping? Well the Carbon tax kicked in April 1st (no joke). The price of every item in Canadian grocery stores was jacked up. >20 hours ago >Good. I shop at Loblaw's flagship store and yesterday they raised a can of coffee from $17 to over $20. I complained to a Manager on the floor and he told me their official position is "blame it on the carbon tax". Good little grocer touting the Doug Ford message ... and completely untrue. >Someone explain to me how in just 24 hours, a can of coffee goes up in cost by 15% and that's on the same day the tax went into effect. My disgust of these retailers who are hiding a big profit grab behind a tax that hadn't even been implemented now knows new depths. « less >cbc.ca/news/business/whole-foods-amazon-1.5081265 The cost of gasoline, hydro, shelter, etc is going up 10-20% this month because of the (((carbon levy))). Good fucking Leafs Oh and Canada is the most indebted country in the world after China, by a long shot >pic related Nearly 400% of GDP in debt
The nightmare is only beginning. You have to persist in the doomed worl
