I cut out caffeine, now I have a steady level of energy during the day no ups and downs, and I can't drink pop anymore.
Yeah I'm trying to quit. It's pretty hard. I've managed to reduce my consumption by 50% though. Now I only drink one coffee in the morning and a red bull at lunch, except when I'm pulling all nighters (min 4 RB to get through the night).
