What's the most you ever spent on something, except for a car or a house?
I spent like 1800 on a PC build
2k for a computer and 1k for speakers. 2 best purchases I've ever made.
Bike was £1k.
Gold ring was about £800.
Camera gear... some used lenses for £900 and the camera itself was £2k new off the grey market, when it's UK retail price was £3,300.

I'm just going to be that guy and question why a guitar would ever be so expensive?
Think it has to be my Rolex. About 5000$
Craftsmanship and the brand name will add some $$$ to the final price. Imma poor fag so I spent $450 on a Jackson rhoads x series and Im constantly working on it plays great when its up and maintained

You are why the world is shit.
£3500, 15 years ago or so, on a holiday to NZ. Was nice, ended up in a sort of threesome and enjoyed my time there so much we emigrated and lived there for 8 years.
£150,000 almost to the penny, the amount of money my time there cost as opposed to staying in England - wages, costs, house prices, exchange rates etc. And I never got to own a boat.
£2400 last year, the cost of a peak season week at CentreParcs for an average lodge before you even add on the extra activities.
you are an immaterial man
Yeah, I guess so. I've always been of the opinion that success in life is about what you've done, not what you've got. Bank Manager doesn't share my outlook though, sadly.
This.
Also don't you think it's gay how you can almost go to Spain for a week for the price of a week at centre Parcs? I always avoid thay place like the plague
weed
Raising my daughter. She's an adult on her own now, but I probably spent like $300,000 or more over the years.
Worth it. With all the screw-ups in my life, she's the one thing I'm truly proud of.
Fag
Kinda what i'm up too right now, but in SKorea.
Nice man :)
Youre a good parent user
Nice wholesome post
2.5k on a jacket
Top level german prostitute. Paid what I make in 2 months for one night and it was worth every cent. She is an ultimate fuck toy, who knows more about pleasing men than anybody. Would do again.
college. 100k.
Like OP, mine are bike purchases. About 2800 for my first one and 2600 for the second one.
Post pics.
>Pic almost related, 2500 € for a hardtail MTB
I have also bought stocks and car parts for more, but I'm guessing those do not count. But anyways, that MTB has been like one of the best purchases ever for me. Still use it and plan on using it till the frame gives in or I die.
That's sweet. Another hard tail is my next bike purchase.
Nice.
What made her good? What did she charge? Did she have hard limits?
I had to choose between buying a full suspension one (not sure what it's called, ESL here) or a hardtail. Went with the hardtail, since it performs well everywhere and I can ride it for long periods of time when moving from a place to another, but it still performs great in harsh terrain.
Such a blast to ride it around the forests and what not here in Finland. No matter if it's winter or summer.
wife- i think its close to 20 grand after 4 years
Traveling
My last holidays lasting between two and three weeks were about 4000€ each.
Besides this, my current watch (Nomos) for 2700€.
Once you go full squish on the trails you won't go back. I just want it for some areas and because it can go on the road as well as gravel and for long distances. Good for camping and shit.
pic related, but don't have it anymore because I can't shoot anymore due to health issues.
Yeah, I know. Oh well, maybe in the far future, after I graduate, I can buy myself a full suspension one and a proper road bike too.
A man can dream, right? But yeah, love taking my bike to my family's cabin and to camping/hiking trips.
2400 eurobucks on a car
Back in February of 2017 I had two emergency abdominal surgeries with no insurance. I live in Louisiana. I'm still receiving bills and I'm currently paying off the majority of them through debt collectors. So far paid them about $40,000. If we're going by singular purchases for an item and we're not including housing or vehicles, the most I've ever spent on one thing would be the Nintendo switch I just bought for my step son's birthday last week. $399 used plus tax. If it can be more than one item but still at One Singular purchase it would be the $572 is spent on groceries about two weeks ago at Walmart.
about 1k on a pc
