Well a lot of them experience a lot of dysphoria from not being able to bear children if theyre mtf or never being able to actually produce sperm as a ftm. But there's really nothing you can do about that so they just live with it or use alternatives that get them as close as possible to the experience.

The ones I've met have all just wanted to be recognized as a female member of society and don't really care about that. They are aware they aren't biologically the opposite sex, but living their every day life as the opposite sex makes it possible for them to actually be a part of society and makes living bearable for them

This whole trans thing is fake. No one is born trans

but how if they are males?

By dressing and acting they way they feel comfortable

they don't exist

Half of them kill themselves once they figure out makeup and genital mutilation will never make them a woman
