Personally I don't mind black people at all. They're mostly really charismatic and can be a fun group of people to be around once you get to know them.

Because the behavior most white people hate regarding them stems from poor education, opportunities, stereotyping, and misunderstanding. I blame the system, not the players.

Because I hate people regardless of skin colour. I don't care if you're black or white, if you don't do stupid shit or behave like a scumbag then you're alright in my books.

Look, if we are to talk about this seriously then here it is:
Even if niggers have lower IQ, commit more crime, and leave their gfs once they get pregnant, I have zero reason to think that the person I am interacting with in a personal level, like a classmate, is part of those other people.
It is depends highly on where you are and what is the situation. I doubt a black kid in college working hard to get good grades or at least graduate with a degree is going to rob me. The probabilities of that happening are minute if not negligible and not relevant to race.
I've looked into a lot of studies linked on /pol/ for genetic differences between races, and how there are a lot of genes linked to less impulsive control and aggression that are found predominantly in black people. Despite of racial background, these genes are linked because they exhibit the same behavior on people who have them regardless of race, and most Africans have them.
That, however, is not a reason to hate on people. We could use that to structure better education systems to help African American.
African American students performance increases when the teacher is also African American. A prejudice race realist might claim that that teacher lies about their grades. Another reasonable race realist would argue that the similar cultural and the shared race and background makes it easier for the teacher to know how to convey the topics on hand. It makes the African students feel more connected to the teacher.
IQmeasures general intelligence, and intelligence can be broken down to several types of intelligence. Maybe there is a type of intelligence that Africans excel at and we should have schools structured that uses this fact to better educate and teach Africans how to utilize that specific aspect of their intelligence to help them learn better and perform better.
A recognition of racial differences is not a precursor to another Holocaust. That's a slippery slope argument.
