I (unfortunately) live in a predominately hispanic and asian (Chinese I believe) area. They: >never cover their mouth when they cough or sneeze. They could cough right on you and then just give you a blank stare >they dump their trash literally anywhere, even though there's trash cans every block, and we have city garbage pick up >just fucking stop or stand in the middle of the sidewalk as you're trying to get by them >push past you onto the train, despite being ancient, and half your size >their children are loud and obnoxious, outside screaming all the time, and stomping up and down the stairs of the apartment

That's a really good question, OP. But a lot of American parents are much the same. Mayeb you could do well to learn Chinese for "Get out of the way" and "Stop that" and "Be orderly" Also, checked And checked

Dude, Chinese and Japanese ain't the same. In fact, their respective cultures are pretty much exact opposites.
Japanese:
Consider even showing one's mouth ooen to be rude
Are ridiculously clean, and levy actual jail time for illegal dumping
Their kids are ridiculously well-behaved.

I might do that. It may work, though they might be in shock from me knowing Chinese. Yeah, I know. It's probably mainly a Chinese population around, with some SE Asia thrown in. If I've seen Japanese around here, then they I couldn't physically differentiate them as such, though I'd bet there's minimal to no Japanese.

i've noticed here, whenever you see someone rushing on the subway and shoving through people to beat them to a seat, it's always asian women. always. not even the nigs do that, but at least the asians won't start acting aggressive towards you for no reason like the nigs.

You live in lower Manhattan, OP? I go down to the arcades around Mott St. sometimes. Young Chinese people are rude as fuck and get really pissed off when a round-eye beats them at Marvel vs Capcom. The older ones seem to be hit or miss. Some of them are worse than the kids, and others are very friendly, even the ones who no speaka Engrish. U wan egg roll two for five?
