Every single person in Washington had talked about nothing but Trump and Russia for two years and then she came on the scene. Now all of a sudden the conversation centers around the environment. Neither democrats nor Republicans wanted any part of that discussion. She got every single person at every level of government involved. By what measure do you call this a failure? Because ultimately she was unsuccessful in getting her measure passed? I guess. Yeah you want a company to come into your city and offer all of you $60k a year jobs that will cost you $50k each. Your whole workforce creates an economic impact the same as having a whole city full of people on welfare but everything looks great because they can all get credit cards because of their great credit scores, and finance homes, new trucks, etc. Then eventually you realize that nothing is getting paid for because you gave all the economic impact the business created back to the shareholders and all the tax money back to the rich people and since all your growth was financed on consumer credit at 10%-20% interest plus fees, your entire city is fucked. New Yorkers realize this. You keep falling for it.
