im 15, homeschooled, have a shitty pc, live in a suburban neighborhood surrounded by more suburban neighborhoods with nobody my age to make friends with, mom wont let me get a job because the child protective people could end up our asses again, mom never leaves the house except to go grocery shopping, my dad comes home for like 2 days out of a month and hes a cheap ass so he wont take me to a gun range or buy a 4 wheeler or just do something that we can bond over. i just dont have shit to do.
im becoming more and more depressed everyday im isolated from the world with nothing to do.
This Why are you homeschooled OP? Go to highschool, join a sport and make friends. And/or get a job when you're 16 and make some dough. In the mean while go out side and socialize with people around your age if possible.

If you need a hobby, pick up drawing/sketching. It's a wonderfully relaxing thing to do and when you get really good at it and develop a personal style you'll be able to feel pride.
