Theres a scene early on in 28 Weeks Later where the father of the two main characters gets infected after kissing his wife. He proceeds to go berserk and crush in her eyes with his thumbs while she is completely defenseless and strapped down to a table. That is the only scene in any movie that I have ever cringed at, still can't really watch it without turning away.
