There are civil liberties and individual rights in America, and those allow for certain protected freedoms, but at its core it's just another form of government with a banner for people to rally behind. Americans aren't inherently more free than any other country with a constitution, but the people are too lazy, complacent, and afraid to fight for a way of life that guarantees any radical form of freedom.
