So the raffle wasn't for the shoes, it was for the opportunity to pay for them? If they are priced under $100, I say go for it if you really want them and plan to actually wear them. Those shoes aren't worth more than $100 and if you're gonna buy them as a collector's item... I dunno, there are better ways to invest your money.
