This is in my IQ test and i don’t understand it.Can someone explain?

Thats not a valid IQ test. You need a real IQ test administered by a trained professional or its useless

Not to mention it's only 16 questions and not standardized

The problem is that the nature of questions doesn't change. I immediately saw the solution to OP's question, but it doesn't make me smarter than him - I have seen this question in various forms countless times and know how to solve it.

How can you compare OP's and mine intelligence if he sees this puzzle for the first time? I might have seen this question when I was like 6 (I took a lot of psychological tests back then) and I can't tell how i figured it out or if someone helped me. But I might score higher IQ than OP nevertheless.

It has little merit on its own.

which is why a 16 question test is pretty much irrelevant but a full test with a variety of different types of questions would be more accurate. but you're kinda right, if you spent your time studying just these type of questions you'd have an advantage over someone who doesn't, which would make your test an very inaccurate measure of your actual IQ.

another factor of IQ is your knowledge history, so spoon feeding him is cheating. learning from the test is a lesser element in IQ.
wait why do you still care about IQ, it is 2019

IQ test people (might be Jews) would reward you for buying so much into their test system. Like giving a loyalty bonus
