It feels like most places need to review their supervisors and managers, a lot of them don't seem like they're cut out for the job, you should always be telling your employees where they can improve and stuff if they have room to improve. Kinda hard to know if you're not doing something right if no one tells you.

I agree, they loved me because i'm in the service. I increased production by 30% whenever I was on the line. I started getting sick so I took my time. He wanted to be my friend so bad he said it was fine because i'm part time. Sounds like a greenlight to me, boy i was wrong.
