frag loads. get big nails, 1/8th in diameter or so. cut them to 1 1/2 in lengths and load them into a 3 inch 12ga shell with a standard powder load and shot cup. pour enough wax to hold the opening together at the crimp. aim for the spot right between your ears and bite down hard. it will destroy your brain in no time at all.
