What is this in my poop? I've had it frequently for about 2 years... white soft specks
Usually everyday after I eat for the first time I have to go to the bathroom, sometimes it's diarrhea (like my bowes feel an urgency to eliminate stuff from the small intestine), sometimes it's like this coupled with heart palpitations...
WTF is wrong with me, doctors in my town are fucktards, can't figure it out and don't care, it's really affecting my mental health, help me please

I eat a fairly balanced diet - I try to put vegetables in when I can,
ok-ish with the exceptions of some junk food, or fries, chocolate... and pastry, yeah - when I'm in a hurry I eat pastry, not every day tho.
How are you on your weight? Fatigue is a bad sign, but could be a lifestyle thing. You're probably malnourished. If you're big, could be an early sign of diabetus. Either way, def see a doc if lifestyle changes don't yield improvement after a few weeks.
