How many times can you claim an item from Ebay didn't arrive and get a refund from paypal?

Ordered a box of condoms from eBay. Didn't get it for two months. Requested and received refund. Week goes by and I get the message that my package has arrived. Mfw free condoms

I do use them, sometimes. Reason I ordered them is I got a bigger than avarage size dick. I had to get Mysize condoms because regular condoms I can buy around here are too tight, lacks in circumference. Reminds me of a time when I got condoms from a vending machine in a club. They were impossible to get on without losing erection.

I've used PayPal since 2006 as a freelancer with several thousand transactions. PayPal will for the most part, always give a buyer their money back. I've lost disputes where the buyer put nothing even related in the dispute notes. Disputes and cases are looked at by poorly paid Indians. They don't even read them nor do they give a fuck. It didn't used to be like this. If you sold digital items, they offered no buyer protection but now, they offer no seller protection on digital items.

PayPal is fucking retarded and has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They randomly shut down my account in 2014 and wouldn't talk to me until I found an executive email and then I was basically told "lol oops that was an accident, no one should've done that." I know a guy at work who literally built his entire computer for free. A free fucking RTX 2080 and i7 8700k after he claimed the items "weren't as described". They were perfect.

PayPal is fucking trash for sellers. Ebay is dumping them in a year or two.

Last year, I even lost a $800 transaction when the buyer sent me texts saying they were going on vacation and were going to dispute the transactions. Their dispute note literally said "lol" and that's it. They never responded to the claim and PayPal took a whopping 2 days to give them their money back. I had dozens of screenshots, delivery confirmation but I don't think anyone even read the notes or manually reviewed it.

I also no longer do online business with PayPal.
