I'm an engineer and other than the one really smart female engineer, all the females and blacks did the most irrelevant jobs that wouldn't ruin the company. The managers at least knew enough to not make real employees have to make up for important positions being compromised. On the other side, the asian and hispanic engineers were fucking amazing employees.
