Highway Blossoms was probably the best VN that I've got in my library. I haven't replayed with the voice cast they added.
Narcissu (1st and 2nd) though was one of the best things I've ever read. I think that's still free on Steam.

budokai tenkaichi 3. Hands down best game I have played IMO. Hours with friends and alone.

Portal 1 and 2 are really good. I know this is controversial, but I really wish Valve would actually make games. I really enjoyed Portal 2 and that's really the last thing they made and since you can find that damn ship dock, it was a pure middle finger for HL fans. I wish Valve still made games. Everything they have done other than Steam and their games have been absolute shit. I think since their games are held in such high regard, it is dangerous to make a new one that will flop. They also make a ton of money off of TF2 alone, not much of an incentive to make a new game.

I used to hate TLOU, but honestly after actually going back & watching the cutscenes on Youtube it i genuinely liked it a lot. Sure the gameplay was terrible when i first played it, but the story, soundtrack & characters were presented so well that i was hooked. Nah the characters were extremely bland outside Magus & Frog, and the pacing was really inconsistent. Other then that i agree that it was a masterpiece though

Chrono Trigger was and is brilliant to this day; characters are as colorful as an old school anime character (bi-dimensional), but the set of the story, premise and gameplay are godly good.

Fallout New Vegas. Factions that all exist in a general morally grey area, pros and cons for all sides. You really get a feeling for life patrolling Mojave, makes you wish for a nuclear winter.

But seriously I've rarely had more fun than with this game, best of the Fallout franchise by far, and I am greatly looking forward to Outer Worlds
