While I don't particularly find him funny I wouldn't say he isn't funny. The Eric Andre Show fits into the definition of hyperbolic burlesque which, by default, is a form of comedy and therefore humorous.

Most commedians that are good at standup fucking hate themselves which most comedy fans relate to. They are openly suicidal, depressed, and/or huge drug addicts ex: Louis CK, Patton Oswalt, Bill Burr, David Cross, Dave Attell, Mike Birbiglia. There are some decent other ones like John Pinette and Daniel Tosh, but for the most part they are openly fucked up in the head. Any commedian that really deviates from the self hatred are not liked.

Women commedians mostly talk about extremely sexual shit which is why guys hate them. They aren't funny and the "shock value" they go for often misses the mark. Amy Schumer is honestly one of the better female commedians with some of her jokes but she doesn't have many good ones.

His bits generally are very tightly knit together so it's hard to give just one clip. Watch the first 20min of this. But beware. Pay really close attention to what he says, because most jokes are callbacks. And if you don't find him funny, then it's probably not for you.
